CuisineART Food Festival at Alton Mill Arts Centre - July 20, 21 & 22

Discover the region's best artisanal food, drink and creativity at CuisineART, July 20, 21 & 22 at Alton Mill Arts Centre.
Watch chefs in action; watch artists in action! 25 Alton Mill artists, 15 area chefs and 11 local beverage producers will be your guides to a weekend of fine art, tastings, demos and cook-offs.


The Main Stage has hourly chef demonstrations on the BBQ, plus a daily cook-off featuring two chefs and a 'black box' of local ingredients.

Throughout the Mill's studios and art galleries there will be food & beverage tasting stations. In addition to our popular Toonie Tastings, we introduce a Passport to Taste ($10 for 6 tastings).

Friday's CuisineART Kick-Off features dinner options, cash bar and live music al fresco in the Annex Courtyard, from 5:30 pm, followed by an outdoor theatre production of Macbeth. Curtain: 7pm. Tickets: humberrivershakespeare.ca

Tastings, demonstrations and related activities run from 12 – 5pm Saturday and Sunday. No pets please.
