AUBURN HILLS, Mich., July 31, 2012 – By fall, Great Lakes Crossing Outlets, the region’s largest indoor outlet center, will welcome LOFT Outlet, Swarovski and Sweet Earth to its expanding retail lineup.

A division of Ann Inc., LOFT Outlet is the relaxed, casual and fun fashion destination for value-conscious women, offering the latest fashions for work and home at surprisingly affordable prices. LOFT Outlet connects with women by becoming a trusted personal stylist who provides fashion advice and inspiration that make style aspirations attainable. At LOFT Outlet, shoppers will find versatile, accessible and affordable fashion with undeniably feminine appeal, special and unexpected details and a flattering fit. The new store opens in October.


Adding sparkle to the retail mix is the unmistakable elegance of Swarovski, coming to Great Lakes Crossing Outlets in November. Since 1895, the leading designer and producer of fashion jewelry has captivated and delighted customers with its flawlessly brilliant crystal creations. Swarovski’s many collections fuse cutting-edge technology with precision and art. The new boutique will showcase a variety of products, including jewelry, watches, home accessories and décor objects.

Also opening this fall is a new sweet spot: Sweet Earth, where shoppers can enjoy delicious, self-serve frozen yogurt, slushies and other treats. Up to 14 distinctive flavors of frozen yogurt weekly range from Birthday Cake and Texas Peanut Butter to Tart Pomegranate and refreshing Strawberry Gourmet Ice. Customers simply fill their cups with as much cold, creamy goodness as they like, then decorate it with premium toppings such as fresh strawberries and blueberries, crunchy granola, mochi, Oreos and chocolate-covered cookie dough, among many others. Sweet Earth yogurt is nonfat and includes no-sugar and vegan options, as well.

Great Lakes Crossing Outlets has welcomed dozens of new stores in the past two years, many that can’t be found anywhere else in Michigan. Recent openings include Cole Haan Outlet, Fossil, True Religion Outlet, Teavana, and Converse Outlet. Watch Station Outlet opens in August.

Great Lakes Crossing Outlets, Michigan’s largest indoor regional outlet center and entertainment venue, is located at I-75 and Baldwin Road in Auburn Hills. It features 185 shops, restaurants and entertainment options, including manufacturer outlets, unique themed restaurants, a 1000-seat food court and a 25-screen, state-of-the-art theater megaplex – all situated in a single-level, easily accessible racetrack design. Shopping hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. Holiday hours vary.
