News Release
What better place to visit this long
weekend than the Toronto Zoo! Grab your troop and head to the wildest
summer adventure in Toronto!
Round up the kids and chill out in Splash Island,
the coolest spot in the Zoo! It's two magical acres of hands-on,
non-stop family fun amidst waterslides, bigger than life water-spouting
animals, a waterfall, lots of misters, and way-cool tipping buckets. But
keep in mind - while the kids are screaming with delight, they're also
learning all about which plants and animals live in different bodies of
water!

Sunday, September 2
11:00 am to 4:00 pm Americas Pavilion
Come celebrate the return of the
black-footed ferrets with us. We will feature two special Meet the
Black-footed Ferret Keeper presentations at 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm where
you will learn how the Toronto Zoo helped bring this species back from
the brink of extinction and the long journey ferret kits (babies) take
from the breeding centres back to the wild. You will also have the
chance to get up close and personal with some of the zoo's domestic
ferrets!
Participants Needed: Visitor Experience Study!
Create a shareable muti-medai travel journal of your
group's visit to the Toronto Zoo while helping the Zoo with important

Toronto Zoo using the "mobilytrip" app on their personal mobile device
to create a real-time, multi-media journal of their experience on site.
Zoo Members will receive one guest pass for free
admission and Non-Members will receive half-price admission for them and
their group on the day you participate in the study!
