Fun for everyone in Niagara’s backyard

MEDIA RELEASE

NIAGARA FALLS, Ont. –This August, you don’t have to travel too far to have fun; there is something for everyone at the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark.

“Tots, kids, teens, parents and even grandparents can all have a good time at our three acre Fallsview Indoor Waterpark,” says Sarah Vazquez, Vice-President of Marketing for the Falls Avenue Resort.

“We always see people coming and going with smiles stretched across their faces – a day at the water park is a day of fun. Add to that the bonus of being located directly across from the Falls and in the heart of the tourist district.”

The Fallsview Indoor Waterpark has 16 slides, some as high as six stories! The Waterpark has a giant wave pool with three to four foot waves, two oversized adults-only Jacuzzis, a beach house, a spot for toddlers with the tiny tots’ splash park, an outdoor sun deck and activity pool. There is also a food court made for the stars, the Planet Hollywood Beach Club food court.

Some of the water park’s major attractions include:

Beach House Rain Fortress. Getting dumped on isn’t always a bad thing! The Beach House Rain Fortress features a 1,000 gallon Tipping Bucket. Close your eyes and keep your head up when you hear the bells as it prepares to tip and drench everything below!

Niagara Extreme Slide Racing.  If you feel the need for speed, race side-by-side on Thunder or Kamakazi slides or take the ultimate challenge on Sky Screamer or Drop Canyon.

The Plunge Bowl. Spin around and around in a giant water super bowl. Ride high on the sides of the bowl before dropping down into the splashdown pool.

The Tidal Wave. Ride the tide of three to four foot waves at the largest wave pool in Niagara Falls. A full size indoor wave pool with gradual beach entry ensures that everyone is able to enjoy the water.

Tiny Tots Splash Park. Designed for the smallest guests, the Tiny Tots Splash Park features water streams, mushroom water pods, kids' slides and more.

Toob Tower.  This tower is a four tube slide that provides riders with the all the thrills and excitement they are looking for.

“Rain or shine, warm or cold, the water park is always a fun thing to do,” says Vazquez.  “You don’t have to worry about cancelling your plans because of a thunderstorm or extreme weather conditions, even the hotels on our Resort are connected to the waterpark via indoor walkways.”
