163rd annual Drumbo Fair offers “Local fare at the Fair”

Woodstock, ON – The Drumbo Fair has something special for foodies this year.

On Sunday, September 22, food lovers can taste “Local Fare at the Fair”. This day-long exhibit will feature products grown, raised, baked, and preserved right here in Oxford County.

Vendors such as Kingsburgh Apiaries from Bright, Vine Cottage Commodities from Innerkip, and Crossroads Farm Sheep Gouda will be offering goods for sampling and sale. The food producers will also be educating fairgoers about local products.

“Something new in recent years is the promotion of ‘Local Fare at the Fair’,” says Catharine Bechard from the Drumbo Agricultural Society. “You may be amazed by the varied local products that are available.”

Presented by the Drumbo Agricultural Society, the Drumbo Fair is celebrating its 163rd year with the theme “Udderly Amazing”. Gates are open from 7pm Friday, September 20 until Sunday, September 22.
