Crisp fall air, vibrant colours and fun for all ages; the Toronto Zoo is the place to be this October! We are celebrating the changing of the season with a new fall event with interactive and themed activities, educational programs, tours, keeper talks and enrichment programs with the animals. There is something for everyone in your family including Fall Foliage Tours, Photography-The Zoo and You-sessions, Preparing Your Garden For Winter and Tundra Trek Tours.

Red Panda Exhibit, Eurasia
11:00am to 4:00pm
Learn all about these amazing and endangered creatures and meet our red panda family! Don't miss a special meet-the-keeper talk plus enrichment feeding at 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm and bid on fun prizes in a panda-themed silent auction. All proceeds support the Red Panda Network, an organization committed to the conservation of wild red pandas and their habitat.

Toronto Zoo elephants are leaving
Public viewing 12:30-1:30 pm & 3:00-6:00 pm daily through Thanksgiving*
The Toronto Zoo has been advised by the PAWS Sanctuary that pending receipt of final permits, the elephants will be leaving the Zoo after the Thanksgiving weekend.
 
The Zoo invites the public to see the elephants before they leave and during this time, the Toronto Zoo is offering free admission* for children 12 and under on weekends and school holidays (must be accompanied by an adult and does not apply to school groups). CLICK HERE for the full press release.

Toronto Zoo's Mobile Giving Has Launched in Support of Conservation!
The Toronto Zoo launched its Mobile Giving program in early August - and YOU can help support the Zoo with a simple text message. Making a $5.00 donation to support conservation at the Toronto Zoo is an easy as texting ZOOPANDA to 41010. A one-time donation will be added to the donor's mobile phone bill. Current Zoo Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, daily. Last admissions one hour before closing.
Hours will change as of Tuesday, October 15, 2013 The Toronto Zoo is open year round (except Dec. 25th).
