Waterloo Region – There’s no shortage of family-focused events and activities to keep little hands busy this Family Day Weekend at the Region of Waterloo Museums.

Feb. 14 to 16, Regular hours
Take part in fun family activities throughout the family day weekend while visiting Ocean Bound! a new exhibit exploring the science of watersheds, aquatic animals and oceans. With hands-on interactive displays, Ocean Bound! shows how everyone’s actions on land affect our oceans.

Joseph Schneider Haus, Family Day Weekend – Reopens for Season
Feb. 14, Opening Reception: 1 to 4 p.m. Historic Haus open: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Enjoy refreshments and visit with 2015 Folk Artist-In-Residence, Laurie Spieker. 
Feb. 16, Winter Tracking and Storytelling: 1 to 4 p.m. / Historic Haus open: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
