·         Surf n Turf, 6oz center cut beef tenderloin with a Cuban lobster tail on basmati rice and seasonal vegetables paired with 3oz Jackson Triggs Cab/Cab

·         Cornmeal crusted Mahi Mahi medallions on “Jack and Cola” beans and rice paired with 3oz Between the Lines Gewurtztraminer

Dessert paired with individual 1.5oz Inniskillin Vidal Icewine
