Lighting up the Christmas season at Bingemans in Kitchener

Getting in the spirit of the holidays with Bingemans’ Gift of Lights

KITCHENER, Ont. — An illuminating two-kilometre drive through Bingemans campground is putting Waterloo Region into the Christmas spirit.

With more than 30 static and animated displays boasting one million twinkling lights — including a 200-foot light tunnel as the stunning conclusion — Bingemans’ Gift of Lights opened to rave reviews.

“We’re very excited hearing and seeing guests’ reactions to the displays,” says Mark Bingeman, President of Bingemans. “The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. People are travelling from an hour away — sometimes more — and are very glad they made the drive. We are looking forward to adding new and exciting holiday experiences to Gift of Lights next year.”

With Christmas classics like Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Frosty the Snowman, Santa Claus is Coming to the Town, Jingle Bells and We Wish you a Merry Christmas — among others — drifting out of Gift of Lights radio on 100.1 FM to highlight the drive, Gift of Lights will be open weekends until December 8th when it will open daily until January 1st.
