What's new at the Zoo... Weekly feature Ends October 8th! Only the Toronto Zoo offers up interaction and fun with the exclusive live exhibit, Sharks at Stingray Bay-A Touching Experience. Situated in our Group Events Tent within Discovery Zone. Sharks at Stingray Bay features Nurse Sharks and Bamboo Sharks as well as Cownose and Southern Stingrays. Visitors will have the opportunity to humanely and safely interact with these incredible creatures and learn all about them with special keeper talks. UPCOMING EVENTS Monday, October 8 Penguin Awareness Day Enjoy extra Keeper talks and learn about conservationists who are out in the wild saving these birds from a variety of threats. Find out how you can support penguins through the Southern African Foundation for the Conservation of Coastal Birds and the ongoing efforts to save the only penguin species that exists in Africa. Saturday, October 13 Hudson's 1st Birthday Celebration Join us at 12:00noon as we begin the celebration of Hudson the polar bear cub's 1st birthday! Party festivities will include a special keeper talk, birthday treats, a cub size icicle birthday cake for Hudson and the chance to sign a polar bear-sized birthday card. This will be one party you won't want to miss! Sunday, October 14 Herbie "Walk for the Children" It's an entertaining and educational day of fun for kids at the Toronto Zoo, and one that will make a difference for children around the world.		MEDIA INFORMATION Walk n' Talk' Tuesdays for Seniors! EVERY Tuesday from now until - December 18th, 2012, seniors receive FREE parking, plus a voucher for ONE FREE  coffee, tea or hot chocolate redeemable at any Zoo food outlet!
