VIA Rail offers "big deals" for Black Friday to plan holiday travels

Montréal, November 27, 2015 -- Now is the time to start planning your next getaway! VIA Rail Canada (VIA Rail) is announcing the biggest sale of the season across its network. Discounted fares are available on select routes until Monday, November 30, 2015.

Skip traffic on the highway or the hassle of air travel during the busiest season of the year. Just sit comfortably, enjoy great service, food, sceneries and let VIA Rail take you where you want to be. 

Be there for the holidays, with your family and friends, or plan a winter train getaway to explore Canada?s bustling metropolitan cities or scenic destinations such as the Canadian Rockies and Eastern coast.

 
Seat sale fares apply to Economy, Sleeper and Sleeper Plus classes. For example, travel in Economy from Ottawa to Toronto or Montréal to Québec City for as low as $28. Tickets must be purchased by November 30, 2015 for travel between December 4, 2015 and February 29, 2016. Reduced fares in Business class for travel in the Québec City ? Windsor corridor are also available for travel during the holidays from December 16, 2015 to January 4th, 2016.

Now is the time to book your trip on the legendary Canadian from Toronto to Vancouver starting at only $736 per person, or on the Ocean from Montreal to Halifax for as low as $216 per person. Tickets must be purchased by November 30, 2015, for travel between December 4, 2015 and April 30, 2016.
