INGERSOLL, Ontario -- You’ll want to be there when the Elm Hurst Inn becomes an old time western saloon as “ICS Goes West” in January.
Featuring songs inspired by the pioneers and early settlers, this Dinner Theatre is a departure in musical style for the Ingersoll Choral Society and promises to be an entertaining evening/afternoon of great music and fun.
Musical Director, Holly Langohr, invites you to “travel back in time to enjoy the beauty of the American Folk Song in the wild, Wild West!
You will be clapping your hands and stomping your feet to Buffalo Gals, Cotton Eyed Joe and Old Dan Tucker, and listening to the gorgeous melodies of the Wayward Wind, Yellow Rose of Texas and Shenandoah. This show will have you laughing, crying, and dancing in your seats as you roam the Wild West of yesteryear with ICS”.
There are three performances to choose from: Friday, January 27 and Saturday, January 28 at 7 pm will be Dinner Theatre with a full, sit down meal; a matinee Dessert Buffet Theatre will be held on Saturday, January 28 at 1 pm. Each performance will also feature an impressive Silent Auction.

Now in its 27th year of performance, the Ingersoll Choral Society continues to thrill audiences with its concerts and shows of widely varied styles. ICS meets Monday evenings at the Creative Arts Centre in Ingersoll.
