Seasonal weekend GO Train service returns to Niagara Falls

(News Release)

April 22—Get away on GO. Seasonal weekend GO Train service to Niagara Falls is back for 2014.

Niagara seasonal train service operates Fridays, weekends and holidays from June 27 to September 1. The service also runs on Victoria Day weekend (May 16 to 19), and Thanksgiving weekend (October 10 to 13).

Niagara seasonal trains will operate between Union Station and Niagara Falls on the Lakeshore West Line, serving stops at Exhibition, Port Credit, Oakville, Burlington and St. Catharines.
An express GO Bus shuttle to and from downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake will meet trains at St. Catharines for the duration of the seasonal weekend service. Shuttle times have been coordinated to connect with GO Trains in St. Catharines. Niagara Falls Transit and St. Catharines Transit also connect with GO Train service, making it easy to get around Niagara Region.

GO Transit continues to expand to serve the non-commuter market; just one way The Big Move can benefit everyone.
