Hills of Headwaters presents SummerFeast

The 6th annual SummerFeast: A Culinary Experience In the Hills of Headwaters August 16th to September 4th, 2011 Celebrate summer in the Hills of Headwaters with a SummerFeast, our annual summer culinary event presented by twelve (12) of the region's finest restaurants. One of our most anticipated seasonal events, SummerFeast offers special menus showcasing the extraordinary cuisine at some of our area's most popular dining establishments. Where to go. The restaurants participating in the 2011 edition of SummerFeast are:  Bistro Rivière, Erin Caledon Country Club, Caledon The Consulate Dining Lounge, Caledon East David's Restaurant, Erin Mrs. Mitchell's Restaurant, Violet Hill Headwaters Restaurant at The Millcroft Inn & Spa One99 Restaurant, Orangeville Restaurant 85 at Hockley Valley Resort, Mono Ray's 3rd Generation Bistro & Bakery, Alton Tintagel's Tea Room & More, Erin The Village Bistro, Caledon Village The White Truffle, Orangeville  Each year, visitors anticipate the menu selections being offered by some of their favourite restaurants. Many of our chefs have participated in this event since it's inception and each year look forward to dazzling their regular customers and those who are trying their fare for the first time, with some great culinary tastes, often featuring local food grown and raised right here in the Hills of Headwaters. SummerFeast 2011 is delighted to welcome two new participants this year: Caledon Country Club (located on OldeBaseline Road, near Inglewood), and Tintagel's Tea Room & More, in the heart of the historic Village of Erin. Each SummerFeast restaurant will offer a dinner menu at "prix fixe" rates, with many also offering a "prix fixe" lunch menu, as well. Win prizes. Patrons are also encouraged to enter our online contest to receive a $100 gift certificate for your next meal at one of our SummerFeast locations. Entries will be accepted until September 12, 2011 and the winner will be announced the week of September 19th. Our Feasts have become one of the most anticipated culinary events for both visitors and residents alike! Those who live, work and travel in The Hills of Headwaters region mark their calendar for the opportunity to sample the great menus offered by many of the fantastic dining establishments located in our "backyard".
