Elvis will be in the building (Stage West Theatre, Mississauga) for the 4th
Annual Toronto Elvis Festival happening this weekend from Friday May 17
to Sunday May 19.
It’s all the fun of an Elvis Festival under one
roof” at 5400 Dixie Road, Mississauga.
Forty one leading Elvis Tribute
Artists from Canada, the United States and Great Britain will compete to
be the 2013 Toronto Elvis Festival Grand Champion representing Toronto
at the ULTIMATE ELVIS COMPETITION run by Elvis Presley Enterprises in
Memphis!
The
weekend kicks off with an authentic Memphis Dinner Buffet starting at 6
p.m. in Larry’s Restaurant featuring many southern favourites like BBQ
rub Smoked Brisket with Maple Jack Daniels Baked Beans, Smoked Bourbon
Gumbo with Shrimp and Sausage, Louisiana Crab Cakes, Memphis Style Honey
Beef Ribs, dessert bar and more!
The dinner buffet is $22.95 per
person, plus tax, and $11.50 per person plus tax for children aged 6 to

Following
the Memphis Dinner Buffet there will be an Open Mic session in Larry’s
Lower Lounge where many of your favourite Elvi and guests sing!
Competitions
begin Saturday morning at 9 a.m. and continue until 4 p.m. Lunch
tickets for both Saturday and Sunday are $26.00 per person plus Tax.
The
SATURDAY EVENING DINNER and “ULTIMATE TRIBUTE SHOW” will feature
tributes to Donna Summer ... Duane Eddy ... The Big Bopper ... Vegas
Elvis ... Rick Nelson ... Garth Brooks ... Early Elvis ... John Denver
... Conway Twitty, then last year’s Grand Champion – TIM ‘E – will close
the show with a 45 minute set of Elvis’s Seventies favourites.
The
popular “GOSPEL BREAKFAST” runs Sunday Morning from 8AM to 9:30 PM and
the competitions continue. The Grand Finals take place on Sunday May 19
with dinner and competitions when the finalists complete to find out
who will be the next Grand Champion. The Elvi will be backed on Sunday
evening by the live band RUDY & THE ANGELS. Show/competition and
