Stay & Play and Free Room with Golf packages available
TORONTO, ON, May 15, 2014 – Two of Ontario’s premier golf destinations, Deerhurst Resort and Horseshoe Resort, are  all set to tee off for the 2014 season and celebrate the start to a sun kissed summer. Only a short drive from Toronto, the two resorts, with their combined four golf courses, are already enjoying excellent turf conditions despite a winter that wreaked havoc on many of the Greater Toronto Area’s top courses.
“Golfers will be happy to know that we’re opening the season with some of the best conditions we’ve ever had at Deerhurst and Horseshoe,” says Kevin Toth, President  & COO of Skyline Hotels & Resorts.  “After a wild winter with below-average temperatures, our courses came back in great condition and we are ready for tee off.”
With a reputation among the best in Canada, Deerhurst Resort features two 18-hole premium golf courses, Deerhurst Lakeside and Deerhurst Highlands. Deerhurst Lakeside, considered Muskoka’s hidden golf gem with sweeping views of Peninsula Lake, re-opened on May 2.  The top-rated Deerhurst Highlands, renowned for setting the stage for Muskoka as a top golf destination, opened on May 10.
