Bingemans opens for another fun filled season in Kitchener, ON

KITCHENER, Ont. – Celebrating its 75^th anniversary this year, Bingemans will be opening its gates for the summer on Thursday, June 27! The park plans to open up with a splash on Thursday with the park now operating every day until September 2nd.

“We plan on having an incredibly fun year to celebrate the park’s 75^th anniversary,” said Mark Bingeman, President of Bingemans. “With the addition of our new attractions to the resort, we are consistently aiming higher every year and this year should be one of our best yet.”

The park has been operating on weekends since the beginning of June, however June 27^th marks the start of the summer season at Bingemans with full operating hours throughout the week.

The park plans to once again offer summer days of excitement with their impressive water based attractions Boomerango and Full Throttle. However, this year the resort will be offering new additions outside of the water park.

Opening in July, the Kingpin Bowlounge and Boston Pizza will bring more fun to the park and be just steps from Big Splash and the other Bingemans attractions. This new addition will boast 28 state of the art 10 pin bowling lanes, making it the largest bowling venue in the Waterloo Region.

If your bowling game is a little rusty, Bingemans has also introduced a new Playdium Game Center in conjunction with FunworX. This new gaming center offers the latest in gaming technology and gives guests more than just an arcade style experience. 

“We are always proud of the experience that our BigSplash waterpark offers guests and we are sure that this year promises to be just as great as always,” said Bingeman. “But for even more entertainment variety guests can enjoy both Playdium Game Center and soon the new Kingpin Bowlounge— right next to the water park.”
