The Real Estate Investment Show coming to the International Centre

MISSISSAUGA, ON -- The Real Estate Investment Show is a place to build wealth, grow income and maximize assets in the dynamic real estate market even if you are a complete beginner.

One of the largest Real Estate Investment shows in Canada is coming to Mississauga's International Centre (Greater Toronto ) on April 5 and 6, 2014.

The Real Estate Investment Show, presented by CIBC, will feature tips and advice for experienced investors and beginners from well-known personalities including HGTV Income Property Scott McGillivray and real estate investor Michael Sarracini.
The Show will house exhibitors including renovators, financiers, planners, tenant management, contractors, architects, legal services, stagers, and eco-friendly advisors.

Building materials and techniques will be demonstrated by industry professionals and industry experts will answer questions with relevant and practical advice on how to avoid investing in bad properties, trends in the housing market, and ways to minimize risk.

Other experts include:

•Benjamin Tal, Deputy Chief Economist, CIBC - sharing an economic overview of where interest
 rates are headed and what it all means for the housing market;
     •Amanda Lang of the Lang and O’Leary Exchange on CBC and best-selling author of The Power of Why:  Simple Questions that Lead to Success sharing her insights and views on the current economy and the real estate market

•Don R. Campbell sharing 21 years of experience on how research puts you ahead of the real estate cycle.
