There's something for every gardener at this show


Drumbo ON: Those with a green thumb will not want to miss the Drumbo Agricultural Society’s popular “Come Bloom with Us” event on Sunday February 2nd 2020 at the Drumbo Agricultural Hall (42 Centre St) from 9:30 – 3:00
(Doors open 8:30)

Welcoming hot coffee/tea and mini muffins await you upon arrival after that cold drive.
This is a full day of everything to do with gardening – door prizes, vendors, silent auction, guest speakers and a hot lunch provided by Kennedy Catering, St. Agatha.
Enjoy presentations by:
Rodger Tschanz: Rodger comes to us from the Ontario Agricultural College, University of Guelph. He created and manages the University Trial Gardens. He is also a Judge of the annual and perennial entries of the All American Selection organization at the University.

Bruce Peart:  Bruce spent his career at the Royal Botanical Gardens – primarily as Head Gardener at Hendrie Park and later Curator of the renowned lilac collection. He is presently the Horticulturist for Gelderman Landscape Services.

Robert Pavlis: Robert is a well-known speaker and educator with over forty-five years of experience. Author of two books and publisher of the popular gardening blogs – GardenMyths.com and GardenFundamentals.com   Owner and head gardener of Aspen Grove Gardens – a private six acre botanical garden with some three thousand plant species. He is a self-confessed “plantaholic”


Tickets are $45 ($50 after January 25th) and must be purchased prior to the event. No ticket sales at the door. Tickets are nonrefundable.

Directions:
From Hwy 401 – take Drumbo Exit #250 – follow County Rd 29 east (approximately 4 km) to the village of Drumbo – turn right onto Centre St. The Hall is on the left in the second block.
From Hwy 403 – take Exit #16 (Brant Road 25) towards Princeton/Burford – turn north onto Middletown Line – travel about 4 km to Hwy 2 – turn left and immediately right onto County Road 3. Drive through Princeton to Drumbo – turn left onto Maitland St. – then right onto Centre St. Hall is on the right.
